DUE TO HYGIENIC PURPOSES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS: EARRINGS, LEGGINGS, BRAS, BANDEAUS, AND HAIR ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING HATS AND BEANIES). THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS ON THESE ITEMS.
Items returned to our store that meet the return criteria are eligible for an exchange provided the item is available. Our product moves very quickly in and out of our shop and we cannot guarantee an exchange will be possible.
Any promotional/sale items can be returned for store credit if they meet all the return criteria.
Products purchased at Hawthorne Boutique may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Online returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase. After this time, all returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. Items must be received within 30 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition with the original tags still attached. If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement or refund. After the 3 days, there is nothing that we can offer you.
Once we receive returns, they will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a a refund / store credit of the amount of the item minus the shipping charges. We are not responsible for any shipping costs, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
All clearance items are FINAL.
